RETURN POLICY


At Mythsis, we are committed to delivering premium quality wholesale activewear and casual clothing. Every order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before leaving our facility. If you receive a product that does not meet our high standards, our streamlined return process ensures a fast and fair resolution.

 

Quality Assurance & Defective Products

If you receive an item with quality defects, please follow these steps within 3 days of receipt:

Contact Us: Reach out to your sales manager via instant messenger or email.

Evidence: Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

Resolution: Once confirmed (typically within 24 hours), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or Mythsis, account balance. No physical return is required for confirmed defective items.

Note: If photo/video evidence cannot be provided, items must be returned to our warehouse for inspection at the buyer's expense. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon confirmation of the defect.

 

Non-Quality Related Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations: We accept order cancellations before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

General Returns: If you wish to return or exchange items for reasons other than quality, you must initiate the request within 3 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs: For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

Automatic Refunds: Refunds without a return are granted if the courier confirms a lost/damaged package or if we shipped the incorrect size/item.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

In their original, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

With all original labels and packaging intact.

Exclusions: Items marked with a "Non-Returnable" logo and free promotional items are not eligible for return.

 

Refund Process

We process all approved refunds within 7 working days. You may choose to receive funds via:

Your Mythsis account balance (instant).

Your original payment method (Credit/Debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days).

Please note: Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

 

Important Reminders

Authorized Returns Only: Do not send items to the "sender" address on the package. This will delay your refund. Only ship to the authorized address provided by our team.

Third-Party Items: Ensure your package contains only Mythsis, products. We are not responsible for non-Mythsis, items sent to us.

Shipping Origins & Returns: Our products are shipped from two locations—China and the United States.

Orders shipped from China typically arrive within 8-12 days (We will select the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order details. If you require faster delivery, please contact our customer service team)

Orders shipped from the United States typically arrive within 3-5 days

Important: Please return items to the corresponding warehouse based on the shipping origin—returns for US-shipped orders go to our US warehouse, and returns for China-shipped orders go to our China warehouse. Contact our customer service team to confirm the correct return address before shipping.
